RealGuyana collects the information needed to run the platform.
This may include account information, email address, name, login details, property searches, report unlocks, saved properties, watch lists, listing submissions, inquiries, professional profile details, payment session records, and admin review activity.
Payments are processed through Stripe. RealGuyana stores checkout session information needed to confirm payment, unlock reports, grant credits, and support admin recovery. We do not store full credit card numbers.
We use information to provide search, reports, account access, property watch alerts, listings, inquiries, payments, fraud prevention, support, and platform improvement.
Some property information may come from public records, uploaded source files, admin review, listing submissions, or other property-related sources. Public property records and public listings may be shown on the site.
We do not sell personal account information as a standalone product.
We may share information when needed to process payments, operate hosting and database services, comply with law, investigate misuse, protect users, or support platform operations.
Users should not submit private information they do not have permission to share.
You may contact RealGuyana to request help with account information, correction requests, or privacy concerns.
